Personal Outcome Measures

Personal Outcomes focus on the items and issues that matter most to people in their lives. Organizations that are working on personal outcomes recognize the connections between the service and intervention and the whole person. People are assisted to think, identify and pursue their personal goals using the following 21 outcome statements.
