You may qualify for the program if your disability or condition is standing in the way of you getting or keeping a job.

Career Exploration helps you with taking the first step in your job search.  Our trained staff can help you develop career goals that will match your skills, strengths and interests.  From this evaluation, we will help you identify an achievable employment goal.

Employment Planning assists you in identifying the steps and services necessary to follow through with your employment goals.

Job Training provides for on-the-job instructional opportunities.  If you have limited or no work experiences, we can assist you with a supported placement, that will enable you to gain valuable worksite skills.

Travel, Route and Orientation Training is set up to provide training for participants whose employment plans require transportation from home to worksite. 

 

Job Placement guides you in conducting a job search.  Community Living Wallaceburg has become a leading resource for employers looking to hire individuals who have a disability or related barrier.  Our team of job developers is constantly networking in the community for new employment opportunities.

Job Maintenance provides ongoing support to help maintain your job.  This support may be periodic, occasional, or on an as needed basis.
